Event and Project Leadership

An essential part of leadership is the ability to manage projects.  Project management is all about identifying the resources necessary to carry out a project and managing and coordinating these resources in such a way so as to complete the project according to the goals that were initially set. This ministry subject will teach you the five main stages necessary to manage events or projects effectively, whether relatively small and straightforward or large and complex.
